Die Auswirkungen von Silberionen können vor allem Neurodermitis geplagten Kindern Linderung verschaffen. Mit diesem Wissen haben wir Dermata-Kleidung entwickelt. Mit Silberfäden durchwirkte Kleidung zeichnet sich durch ein elastisches und Silberionenaktives Gewebe aus, welches wir zu Hautwäsche (z. B. Body und Unterwäsche) verarbeiten. Ein weiterer besonderer Effekt der Silberfaden-Wäsche ist ihre klimasteuernde Wirkung: Sie wirkt im Sommer kühlend und im Winter wärmend. Dermata wurde speziell für problematische Haut entwickelt, ist aber ebenso wohltuend für "normale" Kinderhaut.
