How it works
It is proven that the gut and the brain are inextricably linked. Modern research shows that strengthening the gut with specific strains of friendly bacteria has a beneficial effect on the function of the nerves of the brain, resulting in a significant reduction in migraines and headaches. Consequently, the smooth functioning of the gut contributes to the normal functioning of the nerves of the brain. Vitamin B 6 contributes to the smooth functioning of the nervous system, the reduction of fatigue and the regulation of hormonal activity. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of fatigue.
Dosage & method of use
Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 – 2 capsules per day with food.
Children 4 -11 years old: after medical advice.
The capsules can be taken with water or opened and the contents mixed with food or water/juice.
The 2 capsules contain
4 billion live bacteria (4×10^9 CFU/2 capsules)
Magnesium citrate 90mg (24% RDI*)
Vitamin B6 8mg (571% RDI*)
*RDI = Recommended Daily Intake
Other ingredients
Cellulose (bulking agent)
Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)
Milk and soy, ingredients used in the fermentation process. The milk content is at such low levels that it does not affect people with lactose intolerance.
