It's made to fit standard SAPI style plates in both the front and back panels. The shoulder and waist straps are adjustable allowing this vest ot fit a wide range of body types as well. There is velcro webbing on the front and rear for accessorizing the vest with morale patches or name tapes. The padded shoulder straps also have velcro hydration carrier tube retention straps.
