The Rat GDF3 (Growth Differentiation Factor 3) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat GDF3. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat GDF3 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rat GDF3, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rat GDF3. You can calculate the concentration of Rat GDF3 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Not the sorry copper coated aluminum.

The wire is 16 gauge plenty big for my system. Heck, the wires supplied with my stereo, copomonet speakers, and amplifiers are about 20 or 24 gauge. I'm quite sure the wire will be more than suffeceint. I, m installing a mono sub amplifier a four-way amplifier to the sub amp outputs and the front of lines of the stereo. I'm gonna be pushing 20 speakers all except the sub woofer only pushing 100 watts a channel and the sub will push 150 watts. That makes 21 altogether. Not much just good clean sound. I've been working on the project going on 5 years now. Been bargain hunting, besides the work I've only got about $650 in the project. Can't wait to get it completed here around the end of July. Hopefully, it will sound great didn't want to pay anyone. Seen too many "professional" jobs that were subpar. I've seen some nightmares. Figured if l did the job then who could I blame at least I can only blame myself and didn't pay $1,000 for it. 😁🤔
