Magicbeans Multi Millet Dosa mix: 250 gm

• Foxtail millet, Kodo millet, Barnyard millet, Little millet, Urad dal, Raw Rice, Par Boiled Rice, Fenugreek and Salt

• Mix 1 cup of the MagicBeans Multi Millet Dosa Mix with 1.5 cups of water to make a loose but consistent batter. Mix well to avoid lumps.
• Spread a thin layer of a ladle full of the batter onto a preheated non-stick frying pan.
• Drizzle a dash of sesame oil, and fry until golden brown.
• Using a flat spatula, fold the Dosa in a half and dish out onto a plate.
• Serve hot with Coconut Chutney or Sambar.
