Suggested Use: Shake Well Before Using
Start with ⅛ teaspoon (about 14 drops), twice daily for a week. Take orally or dilute with water or tea. Once extract is in the body’s system, the dosage can be reduced to 1 time per day depending on the severity of the complaint. Dosages may need to increase to 3 times daily for more severe complaints or increase doses to 21-28 drops each. Drinking several glasses of water daily is also suggested, along with a healthy well balanced diet and exercise. Best taken 15 minutes before eating or 2 hours after.
SUGGESTED USE OF FOR DETOX/WHOLE BODY DETOX: This detox may need to be repeated more than once for more significant colonization.
Day 1: Take 1/8 teaspoon (about 14 drops) 2 x daily or 1 dose before bedtime.
Day 2: Take 1/8 teaspoon (about 14 drops) 2 x daily or 1 dose before bedtime.
Day 3: Take 1/4 teaspoon (about 28 drops) 2 x daily or 1 dose before bedtime.
Day 4: Take 1/4 teaspoon (about 28 drops) 2 x daily or 1 dose before bedtime.
Day 5: Take 1/4 teaspoon (about 28 drops) 2 x daily or 1 dose before bedtime.
Day 6: Take 1/8 teaspoon (about 14 drops) 2 x daily or 1 dose before bedtime.
Day 7: Allow body to rest. Drink at least 8, 8 ounce glasses of water.
