Returns can be organised Tuesday to Friday. We can usually only send through a label the day before the return is due. For example if you want collection on Tuesday we would send the label through on the Monday.
If a label is required this would be emailed over to you and would have to be printed prior to the courier collecting in order to avoid a failed collection. In some instances we are able to organise label less collections however this is not always guaranteed. In these cases the driver will provide and attached the return label upon collection.
When you are placing your order please include your Order ID so that we can easily organise the return.
