And then biotinylated Sheep PTGFR Antibody is added and binds to PTGFR in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated PTGFR antibody. After incubation unbound

The Sheep (PTGFR) Prostaglandin F2-alpha Receptor ELISA Kit measures Prostaglandin F2-alpha receptor in Sheep samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Sheep PTGFR antibody. PTGFR present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Sheep PTGFR Antibody is added and binds to PTGFR in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated PTGFR antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Sheep PTGFR. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

It works to divide a room, but it's not easy to use.

There are plastic clips to hold the sections together, but they easily come off if you move the dividers the wrong way or try to reposition it. The only thing holding it up is rectangular shaped feet on the bottom and they are a pain when you hit it with your toes. It works if you need to divide a room, but its not pretty and there are far better options. It's cheaply made and has a habit of falling down if you are trying to use it in a straight or slightly angled line.
