Benjamin and his wife Sarah Lavantia Card had ten children: Cyrus Jerome; Friend Charles; Sarah Ellenor; Oscar Benjamin; Cora Belle; George Leslie; William Rushmer; John J; Mary Lavantia; and DeWilton Emory.
