ATGBICS Brocade® compatible XBR-000278 SFP+ 32GBase-EW form factor network transceiver supports a distance of up to 25km over single-mode fibre (SMF) using a wavelength of 1310nm via an LC Duplex connector. This product operates within a commercial temperature range. Digital optical monitoring (DOM) support is also present enabling real-time monitoring of the parameters of the fibre optic transceiver.

The worst banking experience
Stay away from this card if you want to keep your sanity, they had a welcome offer of $750 that they refused to honor, if you call customer service you will be on hold for 2 hours just for them to transfer the call to someone that doesn't know what they're doing. they still ask you to send them documents by mail or fax to prove you're not lying to them.
I closed their card less than a month after opening it, the worst banking experience of my life.
