A Greener Soul 甜點師 Sammi
找到對食物一樣執着，a green soul 的全素烘焙甜點師 Sammi，教授不妥協的全素烘焙秘技。
畢業於新聞及傳播系，卻因至小對甜點情有獨鍾，毅然進入烘焙行業，於香港五星級酒店任職甜點廚師4年。及後在一次潛水體驗中，了解環保之重要，轉而研究全素烘焙，並於2020年開始經營YouTube頻道a greener soul，分享教學影片，並將於2023年推出首本純植物烘焙食譜書，推動全素烘焙普及，帶大家發掘不妥協的全素烘焙。
