Produced under the Franciacorta DOCG, this special Ducati Corse edition blends 75% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Nero and 10% Pinot Bianco. The vineyards are trained with Guyot and Casarsa, and the must undergoes soft pressing, cold settling, and a stainless steel fermentation, partial malolactic fermentation adding complexity. The wine ages 7 months in a combination of steel and barriques before blending and secondary fermentation. It’s disgorged after 20–26 months on lees at 5 g/L residual sugar.

This cuvée pours a straw‑yellow colour with a fine, persistent bead, and has an easygoing, fragrant style. Aromatically it’s fresh and bold, showing citrus, pineapple and pear. The palate is crisp and energetic, clean, long and refreshing.
