For sale is a traditional Sindhi Ajrak (made in Sindh, Pakistan) of 100% cotton. This is the original, higher quality Ajrak which is a block printed shawl (natural dye) and not the lower quality mixed material shawl commonly found online. The shawls are handmade in limited quantities a year and are considered to be an important cultural symbol of the Sindhi culture. This shawl is commonly worn by Sindhi musicians who play the "Al-Goza" instrument and accompanies folk dancing also.
