This 2-seater sofa redefines comfort and functionality in your spaces, designed to adapt to your needs with comfort and style. The powder-coated steel with a micro-textured finish structure ensures exceptional strength and durability, while the oak veneer tray table adds a touch of practicality. Thanks to the careful pairing of elastic webbing and different layers of foam, with densities of 28 kg/m³ and 18 kg/m³, the medium-firm seat firmness offers the perfect balance between firmness and comfort, ideal for everyday use. The backrests are fully removable, allowing the sofa to be easily transformed into a 98 x 200 cm bed, making it a versatile solution for all types of spaces. The upholstery is made of a structured, breathable fabric with a two-tone effect and is easy to clean with water. Excellent abrasion resistance to ensure long-lasting durability. Fabric made from recycled materials sourced from a Global Recycled Standard certified supplier, ensuring lower use of resources and virgin material, and with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification for ecologically safe and environmentally responsible production. Absolutely Not Nonsense
Format: Hardcover
At first glance, this book might be mistaken for "Chariots of the Gods" hokum -- it's about pyramids, it suggest prehistoric connections between widely scattered civilizations, and it has an entire chapter on planetary catastrophes. However, this is a very serious effort. Granted, it raises a lot more questions than it answers, and can be a little monotonous in spots. But as a former geology major, I didn't spot any pseudo-science (which is not surprising, given that the primary author has a Ph.D. in Geology from Yale) and I found much food for thought. Sure, if it turns out that the whole theory of cultural diffusion is wrong, (similarities in disparate civilizations are due to migration and interconnection rather than parallel developoment) this book will be little more than an amusing footnote in the history of science. But then, plate tectonics was once a crackpot theory. This is a serious book that deserves to be read.
