With 90,000 BTU/hr output and thermostatic controls, this fryer maintains oil temperature between 200–400°F (93–204°C) automatically, ensuring consistently crispy results. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it provides even heat distribution, reliability, and safety.  

Ideal for restaurants, cafeterias, and other high-demand kitchens, this propane-powered fryer comes equipped with a Robert Shaw control system to guarantee superior performance. Optional castors make it easy to move and clean.
