How To Use
Tear off along the dotted line on the back of the mask. Wear the mask. Gradually, you will feel warmth. Close your eyes when using the mask so as to relieve tired eyes with the help of the warmth of steam. Wait for 10 -15 minutes before taking it off.

I want to note that it is top heavy; even without the mirror inside the top part it tips over (won't sit flat on the bottom part when open, most of the time).
