Hiermee onderscheidt CÎROC zich van andere vodka's en wordt het een smaakvolle, elegant zachte en verfijnde luxe vodka. Het is gemaakt door Jean-Sébastien Robicquet, een charismatische Fransman. Hij maakte zijn vodka echt in Franse stijl: uitsluitend van druivendrankjes die gemaakt zijn van twee wijnsoorten. De eerste van de wijnen is gemaakt met de Ugni Blanc-druif, de belangrijkste soort in de Cognac-regio en de tweede wijn, Mauzac Blanc, is een aromatische wijn uit Gaillac. Goudenmedaillewinnaar tijdens de World Spirits Competition in San Francisco in 2010.
