Antonutti Pinot Grigio Friuli Grave DOC is een droge witte wijn afkomstig uit de beroemde Italiaanse wijnregio Friuli-Venezia Giulia. In het noordwesten van Friuli gedijen de Pinot Grigio-druiven in vruchtbare alluviale bodems. De druiven worden geoogst bij optimale rijpheid, zacht geperst en vervolgens gefermenteerd op de droesem. Daarna rijpt de wijn in roestvrijstalen tanks en na het bottelen verder in de fles.
